Our process begins with a high pressure wash down to remove any mold or mildew and the old finish. Secondly, we perform a light sanding on the top of the rails and any trouble spots on the deck. Next, the deck or fence is swept down and the space between the boards are cleared of any remaining debris. After that, any nails that are sticking of are hammered back in. Finally, the deck or fence is stained and sealed using quality Sherwin Williams products.
